SACHI is a kappo-style Japanese restaurant & rooftop bar where the skills of 2,000 years bring people together with every bite. The Japanese way of life informs how we act; steeped in ritual and tradition, with a deep connection to nature.

Led by head chef, Joonsu Park, SACHI pushes culinary boundaries through our distinct kappo approach. In our restaurant, kappo cuisine guides the menu from the sushi counter and robata grill to our tempura and kushiyaki dishes. With only eight seats, our multi-course omakase experience is an intimate and interactive culinary experience between our guests and chefs paired alongside curated wines and sake.

Upstairs at our rooftop bar, innovative cocktails are masterfully prepared at the bar, alongside unique spirits and SACHI’s signature sharing plates.

IN THE KITCHEN

Our unique ‘kappo’ approach, which translates to ‘to cut and to cook,’ pushes new boundaries in the world of Japanese dining through our commitment to culinary excellence.

‘Kappo’ sits between formal kaiseki dining and the more casual izakaya-style cuisine. Our approach is focused around seasonal ingredients, the chef’s precision, flair and knife skills, as well as the connection built between our chefs and guests. The result is a feast for all the senses.

Through creativity and innovation, our mixologists craft cocktails using rare Japanese spirits, inspired by concepts passed down through generations. Presented alongside a first-class selection of Japanese whisky, sake and wines from our sommeliers, craftsmanship is at
our core.
