OUR PHILOSOPHY

Our unique ‘kappo’ approach, which translates to ‘to cut and to cook,’ pushes new boundaries in the world of Japanese dining.

‘Kappo’ sits between formal kaiseki dining and the more casual izakaya-style cuisine. Our approach is focused around seasonal ingredients, the chef’s precision, flair and knife skills, as well as the connection built between chef and diner. The result is a feast for all the senses.
